Follow this: The tiara was originally given to Queen Elizabeth by her mother-in-law, Princess Alice of Batternberg, which was then passed onto Zara’s mother, Princess Anne in 1972 (since the queen could spare one of her bazillion crows and never wore it in public anyway). Finally this weekend, the diamond tiara was stunningly worn by Zara for her wedding.
