Words From The ‘Wise’: Best Celebrity Tweets — November 2, 2012 — Featuring Lauren Conrad, Kirstie Alley, And More! [PHOTOS]

Friday really is my favorite day to surf the internet, especially Twitter. Celebrities are tweeting about so many interesting things! Today we’re using the word “wise” genuinely and sarcastically. One tweet was quite annoying and I couldn’t help but express my dislike for it.

There is a time and a place to make a joke and after a devastating hurricane isn’t the proper time. Furthermore, if you’re going to make a joke, at least try to be funny. Carson Daly’s featured tweet was nothing but an inappropriate, uncalled for nuisance. I could have perceived the tweet incorrectly, I’d let all of you decide for yourselves.

Every single day, I have to remind myself not to include Brent Bolthouse. Even though I tried to avoid including him, I couldn’t help it. His tweet was a breath of fresh air after seeing the somewhat upsetting one mentioned above. His tweets always make me smile. Check out his feed to see what I mean! I’m in love with everything he posts!

Two celebrities really stole my heart with their tweets. They would be Lauren Conrad and Kirstie Alley.

Conrad, whom is one of my favorite people on the planet, posted about donating proceeds from her new line to breast cancer research. All of us know someone or know of a person who has been directly effected by the disease.

I love any kind of opportunity to receive something and give back to charity. I do donate to charities and expect nothing in return, but there is nothing wrong with a little incentive. Her lines are gorgeous, so I couldn’t help but check it out. Let’s just say, I’ll be doing some shopping later! The link is included in the gallery (and here), Make sure you check it out.

My love for Kirstie Alley has grown exponentially in a matter of minutes. Seeing how she’s trying to give back to the people affected by the hurricane is warming my heart so much. There are people who want to contribute, but don’t know how. Others are oblivious to their surroundings. This wonderful woman is taking time to put something together to help those in New York City. I love it! Check out her tweet to find out all the details.

Majority of the tweets posted by celebrities today made me feel either warm and fuzzy, happy, or downright annoyed. The best part is that these people with so much influence in society are taking charge and trying to help others around them. Without them, many people would be unaware of what’s going on. I hope there are more days like this!
