Tyler Shields Smartest Man

We recently had the chance to talk to cutting edge photographer Tyler Shields, who you may remember from his unique photo shoots featuring some of Hollywood’s most talked-about stars – including Lindsay Lohan, Heather Morris and Mischa Barton. Not one to sit back and rest on his laurels, Tyler has just released his first novel, Smartest Man. In our interview, Tyler gave a brief synopsis of the plot and it’s sure to generate even more controversy. He told us, “It’s basically about the smartest man in the world and how he becomes the smartest man in the world and what he had to do – he basically kills the five other smartest people in the world to become the smartest man in the world. It’s pretty crazy.”

To celebrate the release of Smartest Man, currently available for your Kindle or other reader through Amazon, Tyler has a special giveaway for you – an autographed poster of the book’s cover! Tyler shot the cover himself with a little help from actress Emma Roberts (of Scream 4 and It’s Kind of a Funny Story fame). To enter, all you need to do is post a comment telling us what you’d do if you were the smartest person in the world. This contest runs until Saturday, November 12th at midnight EST. Make sure to include a valid email address! Keep up with Tyler on his website, follow him on Twitter (@tylershields) and download your copy of Smartest Man today!

If I were the smartest person in the world, my main goal would be to find a cure for horrible diseases such as muscular dystrophy, ALS, cancer, etc. I would also become a motivational speaker to try and help people live their happiest life.

  2. Ben S.

What do you mean “if?” LOL! Seriously, I would strive to share my knowledge and serve humanity in some capacity.

  3. John

Besides finding cures for diseases and social problems, I’d probably devote myself to the hobby’s that were slightly beyond my reach due to time constraints. Since I wouldn’t need to study to learn a new skill, I’d have fun actually “doing” something and would teach others about stuff.
