Why Is Demi Moore On A Diet At All?
Demi Moore and husband Ashton Kutcher announced earlier this month via their Twitter accounts that they were taking part in the Master Cleanse diet, which basically is consuming only lemon juice, cayenne pepper and maple syrup. Sick.
On Monday, a fan asked her how long she had done it and she responded, “Only 4.” She’s since moved on to a new diet called “The Clean Program.” It is a 21-day regimen of smoothies but salads for dinner are allowed. It’s the same diet that Gwyneth Paltrow and Juliana Rancic used to lose weight.
I don’t understand why Demi Moore or Ashton Kutcher is on a diet? They both appear to be thin, physically fit individuals. Perhaps it’s all about getting rid of toxins and such. But can’t you do that just through eating more organic, unprocessed foods and exercise? A fan thought the same.
A follower responded to Demi saying she was not interested in the Clean Program because “healthy diet & exercise are all that’s required.”
Moore responded, “I think you need to research what it is I am doing there is no starving involved! It is all about nourishing the body!”
