WATCH: Zac Efron Shirtless In First ‘Neighbors’ TV Spot, Plus First Trailer Is Released!

On Set of 'Townies'
More from the set of Zac's newest flick.
Neighbors, the comedy starring the unlikely duo of Seth Rogen and Zac Efron, has finally released its first red band trailer. You might recognize the film better under its original title, Townies, but as the post-production nears its end the title has changed. Check out the first TV spot for the movie above, and the first trailer for the film below.

Anyway, in the film Mac Radner (Rogen) and his wife (Rose Byrne) begin a life in their dream home with their new baby. All of a sudden a fraternity moves into the house next door, led by Teddy Sanders (Efron). Despite multiple attempts to get along with the college students, the two houses just don’t get along and a war breaks out.

The trailer features a back-and-forth battle between Radner and Sanders, along with Delta Psi, with Christopher Mintz-Plasse and Dave Franco cast as frat boys. Get ready for a very filthy and very funny experience!

The film is set to be released May 9, 2014. Watch the Red Band (NSFW) trailer below.
