WATCH: Norman Reedus Reminisces About That Time A Fan Bit Him, Also Fights Zombies On Hoverboards

Norman Is A Cover Boy
Reedus Celebrates His Cover For 'Entertainment Weekly'
Before I get started, can we stop calling them Hoverboards? They don’t hover. I prefer the term “Oh my god, what is this thing? I think I’m gonna die. How are all you 10-year-olds okay with this?”

Now back to Norman Reedus. Remember a few months ago when one overzealous The Walking Dead fan bit the actor during a photo session?

It was bizarre, especially because he had to post a follow-up that read “Do Not Bite Me”. Norman chatted about that encounter on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night, and the explanation was hilarious.

“She came out and she goes, ‘Sometimes I like to pretend that we’re married,'” he began, also noting that he didn’t quite register that at first. “Then we took this picture and she sort of morphed into a werewolf. She came down and bit me on the breast…chest and then howled again. I kind of went, ‘Ow.'” Apparently, the fan had no idea what came over her and didn’t quite remember the event. Check out the video above for the rest of the story.

But in true Norman fashion, he still added, “She was a nice lady.” What a gem. So the other big thing on Kimmel last night was the “clip” of The Walking Dead they showed, featuring Norman taking down zombies riding around on “Oh my god, what is this thing? I think I’m gonna die. How are all you 10-year-olds okay with this?” It’s hilarious.

Norman, you a true treasure. I cannot wait to see your new movie. If you need more of him in your life, please enjoy this other clip from Kimmel. Heads up, if you ever see a dude with long-ish hair walking around the Atlanta airport covered in blood, there’s a very good chance it’s Norman. Just don’t bite him and you should be good.
