I can’t decide if today was the best day to release the trailer for Palo Alto, or the worst.
As you might recall from earlier, it appears that James Franco has been busy recently trying to woo a 17-year-old girl–which is exactly what he does in Palo Alto.
The movie, based a series of short stories written by the actor, follows the lives of different high school students, one of whom happens to be a teenage student played by Emma Roberts who hooks-up with her teacher, James Franco.
So, what if the whole 17-year-old Scottish girl thing is just a giant ad campaign? I mean, it really works. It makes me want to see Palo Altoeven more.
Check out the first trailer above and tell us what you think of the timing and the movie in the comments. It seems to have a real Sofia Coppola vibe to it, which makes sense since it’s directed by her niece, Gia Coppola.
