The “Moët Imperial Gatsby” is a totally modern take on the classic “Champagne Cocktail” that was very much in vogue during the Gatsby-era Roaring 20’s. The refreshing drink evokes the lavish Champagne-soaked garden parties that are so prevalent in the book and the film.
The cocktail is being served exclusively at the lounges and restaurants of the iconic Plaza Hotel in New York – a key location from the Gatsby film. Crafted exclusively for The Plaza by world-renowned mixologist Jim Meehan, the Moët Imperial Gatsby, and the hotel’s Moët & Chandon Champagne Cart, create an alluring experience that conjures up images of Gatsby’s champagne soaked soirees.

5 oz. Moët Imperial
1 sugar cube soaked in .25 oz. Green Chartreuse
Pour Moët into a chilled flute. Add sugar cube. Garnish with a spiral lime twist
