“I very, very rarely get the opportunity to go shopping and actually feel the clothes and try things on,” Victoria Beckham told Hamish Bowles in April’s Vogue issue. ”I love shopping, but I do it mostly through Net-a-Porter.” Somehow, Posh was able to steal a few hours from her jam-packed schedule and hit the shops in West Hollywood today (March 23rd).
Between designing her own line and raising four children, Beckham says that she has very little time to do much else. ”David and I make sure our schedules revolve around the kids,” she told Bowles. ”Because we are really focused on what we do workwise, it allows us to be balanced.”
In an interview that started just a week before Christmas, the magazine’s international Editor at Large was able to follow the former Spice Girl everywhere, from London to LA and in between. They’d stopped by Barney’s for lunch, and gather round Beckham’s dinner table with her family in Beverly Hills.
Beckham briefly spoke about William and Catherine’s wedding on April 29th, revealing that she was naturally ecstatic to receive an invite. ”First, obviously, we were very, very excited,” Beckham said (DUH). Then, of course, it was time to decide on a dress and fascinator. “What do you wear to the biggest wedding ever—when you’re enormously pregnant?” Beckham ended up wearing one of her own designs in navy with a custom-made Philip Treacy fascinator.
