Variety’s “Power Of Women” Luncheon

While at Variety’s “Power Of Women” luncheon yesterday, Katie Holmes told E!‘s Marc Malkin that Suri is quite the ballerina.  Listen, Malkin-Holmes is like any other mother who will take any opportunity she can to brag about her child.  Holmes just so happens to be famous, and knows that her small talk is your headline.  Suri is a little girl who enjoys ballet, much like most little girls the world over.

Back to the luncheon.  Holmes was honored for her work with the Dizzy Feet Foundation, which supports and promotes dance education.  Holmes also talked about her turn as Jacqueline Kennedy in the History Channel’s miniseries, The Kennedys.

“I did a lot of research.  I watched everything that I could
get my hands on and read everything I could get my hands on and just
gave it my best shot.”

Also at the luncheon, held at the Beverly Hills Hotel: Amy Adams, AnnaLynne McCord, Anne Hathaway, Bailee
, Diane Lane, Eva Mendes, Jennifer Garner, Josh Brolin, Maria Bello, and Ricki Lake.
