Princess Diana On Vanity Fair

With the birth of her grandson that she will never meet, Princess Diana’s picture graced September’s edition of Vanity Fair, exposing her two year affair with Pakistani doctor, Hasnat Khan.

The story also is featured in the wake of the new docu-film (hitting theaters this fall) which is entitled Diana and re-accounts her affair, as well as the last few years before her death.

“Diana was madly in love with Hasnat Khan and wanted to marry him, even if that meant living in Pakistan,” said Jemima Khan, a friend to the princess, of no relation to the surgeon.

The Princess of Wales was with Khan and desired to get married but the two entered a doomed love affair. Khan’s conservative muslim family absolutely dreaded the idea of a white, English woman entering their family. As soon as they both realized they were not destined to be together, Princess Di met millionaire heir, Dodi Al-Fayed and soon began a relationship with him.

Weeks later after their relationship became public, Diana, Dodi, and their chauffeur, Henri Paul were killed in a car crash.

  1. Check out Amazon for this novel, “Princess Diana The Day She Didn’t Die.” It’s the first ever book to consider how Diana’s life may have been, had she survived the car crash.
