‘Toy Story 3′ Premieres in Hollywood

June 14th, 2010 // 1 Comment

Tom Hanks, Tim Allen, and other toy voices reunited on the Hollywood red carpet for the world premiere of Toy Story 3.

Can you believe it’s been 15 years since the first movie opened in 1995?

Back then Toy Story was ahead of it’s time in animation and the third movie is hoping to do the same by being offered in 3D. Will it compare to Shrek Forever After, which was also offered in 3D and has been dominating the box office?

“[Pixar] never lower the standard or get lazy. They never say ‘well we’ve got 26 Academy Awards, let’s relax on this one’, they always do every film like it’s their first and their entire reputation rests on it, that’s why I love working with them,” said John Ratzenberger, who returns as Hamm, to The Press Association.

Toy Story 3 hits theaters Friday, June 18th. Check out our movie column ‘Martinis and Popcorn’ for more details later this week!
