Tori Spelling must really love her VH1 show NoTORIus a hell of a lot in order for her to play up the feud with her mother days after her father’s death. Reportedly she found out about her father’s death through her BlackBerry, when a friend of hers emailed her condolences.
A friend of mine had seen a TV report and e-mailed me, ‘I’m so sorry. I just heard your father died.’ And I was just in total shock,” Tori tells Us. Her sorrow quickly turned to anger.
“My first thought was, I can’t believe my mom didn’t call me!”
Tori remembers their final conversation. “The last words he spoke to me were over the phone a couple of days before he passed,” she recalls to Us. “He said, ‘I love you, babe.’ “
While yes, finding about a parents death via a mobile device is harsh, you would think that if she actually had an ounce of respect for her mother (her husband of umpteenth years just died), you wouldn’t think she would go to the press with her story. Tori had better have been in her father’s will, because after this latest stunt I’m thinking she won’t be in her mother’s.
