Tom Felton may not always have been our favorite on-screen Harry Potter character, but he’s definitely been a fun one off-screen. Tom recenlty told People about how great it was being fake married to real life girlfriend Jade Gordon for the end of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallow: Part 2. “It was a lot of fun to play onscreen hubby and wife for a bit and have a kid for three days. Three days is a good amount of time, for anyone wondering.”
Tom also talked to MTV about the chance to have played Draco, since he’d originally auditioned for Harry and Ron. He told them:
“I’m very grateful I am in the film at all, but even more grateful that I got the character of Draco. I think Rupert and Dan, there’s no question in my mind, there’s no one else in the world that, A) could have played the character better, but B) could have handled the behind-the-scenes pressure those guys have dealt with over the last decade.”
Accroding to Tom, it was really Daniel Radcliffe who helped pull them all together. Lead the troops, if you will. “There was a great sense of kind of being on a team, and Daniel kind of flew that flag from day one. So he’s definitely been like the godfather over the years, and he’s definitely been the one that’s been the most inspirational, for sure.”
I’m really hoping that rap career takes off cause I’ll be quite sad if we don’t hear from Tom again after the films. Check out the gallery to see Tom looking super hot on Live With Regis and Kelly. Will you miss Tom too? Let us know in the comments!
