I’m always training just for myself and to just make it through movies. I train pretty much every day my whole life, even if I am not doing training, on my time off I’m hiking, biking, climbing, flying planes or riding motorcycles. It is something that I do for sports and sometimes for different stunts that I take several months to train.
If you’re in that great of shape Tom why not show it off. Take the plunge like Chris Hemsworth did recently. Flaunt it.
