The series finale of Lost on May 23rd and the real ending to the show are coming at an alarmingly fast rate, but they squeezed in one final Lost event…before the inevitable series finale airing party, the Lost tribute reunion party, and ‘I don’t know why we’re having this but who wants to let go of a good thing’ party.
Last night (May 13) was the Lost Live: The Final Celebration at UCLA Royce Hall and the show’s Academy Award winning composer Michael Giacchino conducted a 47-piece orchestra in music from the series and there was a screening of the final episode “What They Died For.” I’m wondering if that’s where we’ll finally see Maggie Grace. Unless I blink longer than I think I haven’t seen her yet this series and I don’t see her now on the red carpet. And where’s Jack and Kate dammit?
I do see Ian Somerhalder though, yum. And a gorgeous Sonya Walger and a smoking Rebecca Mader, who always seemed eh on the show, but damn. Malcom David Kelly is grown! He’s so tall! Has it really been that long? And when did I start sounding like grandmother? It’s so funny to see all the characters from the show smiling and not trying to get off a damn island for the third time or dying for the fourth. Check it out for yourself in the gallery!
