‘The Voice’ Crowns A Season Two Winner! [PHOTOS]

SPOILER ALERT! If you have not watch the season finale of The Voice read no further!

Well, take that Team Christina and Team Adam! Blake Shelton’s team won! Their teams didn’t even make the final two. I guess the public really doesn’t enjoy watching pissing matches that much.

Jermaine Paul beat out Juliet Simms, Chris Mann and Tony Lucca to win the title. He was the outsider to clinch the title going into the final, with Simms and Mann the big favorites.

It seems Jermaine’s powerful renditions of Bon Jovi, Phil Collins and Journey covers were a hit with the American public, and speaking about his win, Paul told Billboard.com, “I wanted to show how many things I could do.” It seems his performance of Collins’ ‘Against All Odds’ may have swayed the vote, with Jermaine saying, “That song was how I felt about my wife.and I wanted to make sure the emotion was in the song.”

Paul’s prize for winning? Like last year’s winner, Javier Colon, he snags a recording contract with Universal Republic and $100,000.
