Corey Stoll is just the epitome of cool.
He and his cool-self are on the cover of this month’s issue of GQ! Not only is he a great actor, but he’s quite the dresser too! The Strain actor is featured in the fall fashion spread for August’s issue, modelling some snazzy new autumn looks.
Personally, I don’t think anyone has worn pinstripes better than him!
In his interview with GQ, the actor spoke about his role on House of Cards and how the way they killed off his coke-snorting character was “a great way to die.” He admits it was a shock, but that it launched his career!
Stoll went on to play Ernest Hemingway in Midnight in Paris and will star in the upcoming star-filled film, This Is Where I Leave You. Right now, he plays the wig-wearing Ephraim Goodweather in the vampire drama, The Strain.
During another interview, the actor discusses having to wear a wig and how it’s getting a lot of attention. He said:
I get it, too. For somebody who is follicle-ly challenged, I spent a lot of time talking about hair. At first, when I heard he wanted me to have a wig, I was resistant. I didn’t want the reason to be so I could look like a standard TV guy or a hero. Then that points to a bigger problem. I’m not interested in playing that character. I made a choice in my career to not get hair plugs and not hide the fact that I was balding, and I’ve managed to play all sorts of characters who have shaved heads. But Guillermo’s reasoning was so well thought-out. It isn’t arbitrary. It isn’t, I want you to look better.
Hair or no hair, Corey Stoll is sexy.
