Taylor Swift arrived on the red carpet at Costume Institute Gala in New York City’s Metropolitan Museum Of Art. This year’s exhibition is dedicated to the late Alexander McQueen, and many an attractive face paid homage to the talented designer. Fashionolige.com claims that Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour (clad in Chanel) had Kate Middleton‘s wedding dress flown in for the exhibition, but at this point it’s just a rumor.
Taylor Swift tucked her Laura Ashley garb away to play dress-up for the night, walking the red carpet in a skin-toned J. Mendel gown. On Swift’s arm was the designer himself, Gilles Mendel.
