Willow Smith and her mama Jada Pinkett-Smith sported matching mohawks at today’s White House Easter Egg Roll, overshadowing Jaden Smith‘s more low-key look. Keeping with the seasonal tradition of pastels, Willow wore a bright green plaid jacket with matching shorts and sneakers as she prepared to perform in front of President Obama.
Also in attendace was Kimora Lee Simmons and her fab family including husband, Djimon Hounsou, ex-husband Russell Simmons, baby Kenzo Hounsou, Ming Li Simmons and Aoki Lee Simmons.
First Lady Michelle Obama did not disappoint in the outfit department, wearing a yellow and grey sundress to the event. She and Mr. President will appear on Oprah Monday, May 2nd (they’ll tape on Wednesday) in celebration of Oprah’s last season, according to USA Today.
This year’s Easter Egg Roll theme was “Get Up And Go,” as part of the First Lady’s initiative to fight childhood obesity. According to the LA Times, She told a crowd of attendees on the White House lawn:
“The theme is ‘Get up and Go,’ because as you know, I’m a big proponent of getting up and going, making sure we’re moving and eating healthy. And this Easter Egg Roll reflects all of that, so while you’re here, in addition to listening to some great music and dancing a little bit, you can roll your eggs. You can do some yoga. You can play with some — do some obstacle course, play basketball and tennis. We’ve got some wonderful storytellers over at Storytime Stage.”
