Singer Adam Levine is set to become the latest pop star to launch his own fragrance. The Maroon 5 frontman’s first scent, 222 by Adam Levine (was he a fan of the TV show Room 222?), is scheduled to hit department stores in May next year.
The 32-year-old singer has teamed up with ID Perfumes, the masterminds behind Katy Perry‘s fragrances – and the new line will range from $35 to $65 with gift sets and related products to follow seasonally.
The company has high hopes for Adam’s scent.
“Adam is a performer with tremendous charisma, both on stage and on TV. Endeavoring to capture that in a bottle has thus far been very exciting and we’re certain the final products will be even more so,” ID Perfumes chairman and C.E.O. Ilia Lekach said in a statement.
