Sonja Morgan Might Have To Sell Her Fancy Townhouse
Sonja Morgan’s days of worrying over lost luggage at royal palaces the world over are gone, for The Real Housewives Of New York City’s divorce battle with ex-husband John Adams Morgan is sending the flighty Bravolebrity deeper in the hole. Morgan claims she’s $20 million in debt (she filed for bankruptcy back in November) and may need to sell her Upper East Side townhouse, according to Pop Eater.
Morgan, who attended Cirque du Soleil’s Zarkana June 29th in New York, is going after her 80-year-old ex for more money in their $3 million divorce settlement. A source told E! that Morgan’s “in denial, it’s only just started to hit her how much trouble she’s in. She makes $275,000 a year on ‘Housewives,’ which would be good for anyone else but it won’t save her.”
Morgan had to pay $7 million to Hannibal Pictures back in May after they filed a lawsuit against her production company. Whether she’s delusional or not, Morgan believes she’s going to be just fine. She told Pop Eater, That’s OK, I’m a survivor. I’ll be fine. I’ll take care of Sonja. What goes around comes around, and the universe always gives back. And I’m such a giver.”
