Well, Sofia, who was spotted last week doing some shopping at Bristol Farms, wasn’t all that comfortable doing that. She told Us Weekly…
“I was so glad that I didn’t have to pee in anyone’s face, though. I was glad it was not me,” Vergara explained, laughing, “For [Kidman], that’s nothing. For me, it would have been three weeks of stress. ‘How am I going to pee in there?'”
Despite the questionable scene, Vergara explains she actually doesn’t have any limitations when it comes to choosing a role. “I have no limitations and I believe in directors directing and if they see something — for example Paperboy, when I auditioned three times with Lee Daniels the director and he said, ‘Yeah, you can do the role.’ I was like ‘Okay, if you say I can do the role, I’ll do it,'” Vergara explained. “I would never do something like, ‘I want this and that scene no matter who you are.’ . . . If I do auditions and the director thinks I can do it, then I’ll do it.”
I’m guessing The Paperboy would have been a whole other movie if Sofia had taken on the role.
