So You Want A Body Like Kate Upton?

Okay, so lets be real. Not all of us can be 5’8 and have that perfect model-esque body structure, but fortunately there are ways to get that toned abdomen or diminish that flabby arm fat that just won’t go away.

Kate Upton may be just one of today’s hottest models and many wonder how she looks so flawless. Upton’s personal trainer, Justin Gelband recently spilled to Shape magazine revealing the blonde bombshell’s daily work out routine.

Gelband also revealed that Upton’s workout consists of a mixture of Zumba, martial arts and functional training capoeira, Pilates and yoga. The program is called ModelFIT which makes sense because Gelband’s clientele also include Victoria’s Secret models Erin HeathertonCandice Swanepoel and Lily Aldridge.

“Kate is one in a million! She always puts in a whole-hearted effort to her workouts and is always ready to work,” Gelband told Shape. “She would put in seven days a week if I let her! She knows how to get it done and is so humble, sweet yet tough, and educated at the same time.”

I just love Kate Upton. She is also such a role model for women because she actually has boobs and hips unlike most models these days.

Gelband also confessed to Harpers Bazaar that diet is an essential part of the routine.

“When I sit down with anyone to discuss their workout regimen, the first thing I say to them is, ‘The one thing I really want you to concentrate on now is limiting the amount of things you are putting into your body that you do not need. No sugar (except for berries), no salt, no alcohol, limit your carbs.”

Ms. Upton must be sticking to her regimen because she is rockin’.
