So Long, Larry King Live!

After 25 years on the air, Larry King signed off for the final time on CNN last night and was celebrated by many a celebrity live and in person. President Obama even taped a congratulatory video to King, saying that he could interview anybody, from “Kermit the Frog to Joe from Tacoma.”

In the studio, King was joined by Bill Maher and Ryan Seacrest but was sent a host of video messages from Regis Philbin, Donald Trump, Diane Sawyer, Katie Couric, Brian Williams and Barbara Walters.

Despite the fact that CNN is basically kicking King to the curb, his final remarks were understated and kind. Instead of a lot of tears, it was more laughter which is, I think, a better way to go. Check out all the celebs in the gallery who stopped by to say goodbye!
