Shia LeBeouf Give His Two Cents On Why Megan Fox Left ‘Transformers’

June 3rd, 2011 // 1 Comment

Shia LeBeouf and Megan Fox made a great onscreen duo in the first two ‘Transformers’ movies and it seems like LeBeouf understands why Fox decided not to return for the third movie.  The ‘Transformers: Dark of the Moon’ recently told Los Angeles Times’ Hero Complex Blog,

‘Megan developed this Spice Girl strength, this   woman empowerment [thing] that made her feel awkward about   her involvement with Michael [Bay], who some people think is a very lascivious filmmaker, the way he films women.’

That’s a pretty understanding reason for why Megan wouldn’t want to return.  I wouldn’t return to an environment I wasn’t totally comfortable with.

LeBeouf also stated that he felt Fox did not feel totally comfortable with her role as a sex symbol.  Now that’s hard to believe.  Have you seen the way she poses on the red carpet? And that’s not her being given direction from someone.  Pretty sure she’s perfectly fine with her sex symbol status!

LeBeouf looks like he worked out for the third installment, seen shirtless with his girlfriend Karolyn Pho in Los Angeles.  As for Fox?  She seems pretty content, laying low while she shopped in Beverly Hills yesterday, June 2, 2011.

Yea, she’s uncomfortable with the whole sex object thing.
Is that why, in the beginning, everything that came out of her mouth was some male fantasy about what might be going back in?
“I dated a female stripper”, I love thongs”, “I really like wild, out-there sex”. These are all things she said in almost every interview back when Transformers 1 came out. She really went over the top in maintaining the sex goddess thing, so much so that it was getting to be a turn off because it was obvious most of this stuff was made by her PR people.
