‘Sex And The City 2′ Poster: Carrie On Is More Like Carrion

December 10th, 2009 // 3 Comments

Sorry for the super-punny title, but like many other Sex and the City fans, I am NOT feeling this poster for the movie sequel. Carrie Bradshaw’s been photoshopped into some strange, Aviator sunglasses-wearing oblivion as she strolls past a giant, bedazzled number two and the slogan, “Carrie On.”

The futuristic, minimalistic look leaves out three stars of the series–Kim Cattrall, Kristin Davis and Cynthia Nixon–and has airbrushed Sarah Jessica Parker so severely that she’s veering into Mariah Carey territory.

Meanwhile, in real life, Parker was rocking a super-sexy outfit as she made her way back to her hotel in London from the premiere of her new film, Did You Hear About the Morgans, in her small, sexy pink dress, fedora, purple pumps and long, black coat.

See? That’s the kind of excess and plethora of accessories that we want.

…are you kidding me? they air-brushed, and it still looks this hideous? how about air-brushing those knee-caps? poster looks as craptastic as the movie will no doubt be…truth in advertising…

Incredible just how glam the whole event was in Leicester Sq. I had a great time last night and many thanks to Mark Boardman for sorting out my ticket !

This will probably be the last Sex and the city film though, as I over heard SJP talking to Jenni Falconer.

    Rach xx
