Roberto Cavalli celebrated the opening of his latest store in Madrid, Spain last night, and brosef had himself an entourage. Surrounded by leggy models, the Italian designer took advantage of his situation and hugged every one of them.
Cavalli took to his blog regarding the Italian Fashion Chamber’s choice to favor bigger Italian brands like Giorgio Armani and Dolce & Gabbana. “As usual, the Camera Nazionale della Moda is washing its hands of the situation and it will not go against the wishes of ‘Little King’ Armani, and therefore the problems are mine alone,” he wrote, according to Women’s Wear Daily.
“What can I do? Do I stay the final day, running the risk that some foreign journalists will forego my show, or should I overlap with smaller fry, smaller brands, acting as some of my colleagues do?”
