Robert Pattinson always looks so good in suit, no matter if is hair is long or short, the man wears a suit well.
Rob, along co-stars Holliday Grainger and Christina Ricci attended the Bel Ami Premiere during day nine of the 62nd Berlin International Film Festival at the Berlinale Palast today in Berlin, Germany.
At the press conference earlier today for the film, Pattinson said he felt very motivated to play the morally dubious character. “When I first read it, I immediately related to just the idea that someone’s energy wasn’t about trying to achieve some kind of goal -– the only time he had any energy [was] when someone slighted him,” Pattinson said. “That’s how I was a few years ago. If someone insulted me, I’d get 10 years of ambition.” (He said he’d grown out of that in the years since he first read the script.)
“I guess my responsibility, I think, it’s not necessarily to give anything back other than try and do the best work you can. You get an audience for doing certain jobs, so I think the biggest disservice you can do to your audience is trying to repeat the same thing and to come just to get money or whatever,” he said. “If a Twilight audience would come watch Bel Ami, it’s a movie that I wouldn’t have thought that audience would go to, so I think that in some way, it’s kind of doing a service to someone. I felt like I learned a lot from it.”
