Rob did some press interviews for Cosmopolis with director David Cronenberg at Meet in Soho. Rob got to much on some pizza while he was there, and was spotted leaving wearing a white t-shirt with his jacket in hand.
You could tell that Rob was ready to flee the scene. I’m guessing one too many questions about his personal life. Gone was his winning smile that was ever present at last night’s premiere and this morning at the NYSE.
Rob’s career is moving forward fast. The actor has just signed on to play Lawrence of Arabi in Queen of the Desert. Werner Herzog‘s indie will co-star Naomi Watts as English writer Gertrude Bell.
The film chronicles Bell’s life as a writer, archaeologist, explorer, cartographer and political attache for the British Empire. One of the first women to graduate from Oxford at the turn of the 20th century, she traveled through the Middle East, defining the borders of Iraq, Jordan and Saudi Arabia.
Rob is sure lining up a nice film role portfolio.
