Reichen Lehmkuhl Not Happy With Being Called A Vapid Queen

December 28th, 2010 // 2 Comments

The A List‘s Reichen Lehmkuhl had a hissy fit over the New York gay nightlife magazine called his Logo show one of the worst of 2010. The scathing review went a lil’ something like this:

Where to begin? The “reality” show everyone loved to hate probably cancelled out 100 “It Gets Better” videos with its cringe-worthy depictions of Reichen, Rodiney and the other vapid queens trying to impress upon viewers why they’re important. (Hint, if you have to explain why you’re A-list, you’re probably not.)

Ouch. Lehmkuhl (pictured at the GLAAD Media Awards at The New York Marriott Marquis on March 13, 2010 in New York City) fired back, well, pretty much exactly how they described him!

“I can’t even imagine speaking this way about other human beings,” he wrote in an email. “That you would reduce my existence to someone who is a ‘vapid queen’ says more about what you don’t know about me, along with the kind of person you must be.” The TV personality then proceeded to turn the jab into a gay rights issue about bullying. Dramatic much?

Sounds like some good material for next season!

ANy chance you could add this every story the sheep out here read: Who gives a fuck? Get outdoors and breathe air you superficial douches.

LOGO, please don’t re-new “The A List” for a second season. Already, it has set back the cause of gay rights 20 years. Rodiney was the only real and likable person on the show, scripted as it was. Why give America reason to only hate us more?
