Patrick Dempsey, Chelsea Handler and Robert Pattinson took to the stage at last night’s 2011 MTV Movie Awards to present Reese Witherspoon with the Generation Award. Though we thought Pattinson might have stolen the show, Witherspoon came back with a zinger. Our fair vampire told his Water For Elephants co-star that while she might be have been responsible for him ending up on the cutting room floor in Vanity Fair, he got his revenge seven years later in Elephants. “I didn’t cut you out. But I did f— you,” he announced to a roaring crowd.
After coming up to the stage to accept her award, Witherspoon corrected Pattinson, telling him the punchline was supposed to go a little like: “You’re the best motherf—er in Hollywood.”

The Oscar winner gave a fantastic speech. She let all the spring chickens out there know that being a good girl can get you far in show business, referring to the no-talent ass clowns who star in reality shows and certain starlets who take nudie pictures of themselves. Witherspoon left the audience (and a certain young gal in particular) with one solid piece of advice: “If you take naked pictures of yourself with your cell phone, you hide your face.”
