I wasn’t so much intrigued by Rachel Zoe‘s black yeti coat as I was by the blazer underneath. I don’t think it’s sequins. It might be patent-leather hardware, but I can’t be entirely sure. Whatever it is, she pulls it off (naturally).
With husband Rodger Berman, son Skyler and the nanny in town, Zoe put on a hat and hit the streets of New York today (May 4th).
The stylist is in town for the annual Met Costume Institute Ball on the Upper East Side, among other things. Vogue wil stream the event, hosted by Carey Mulligan and horoing both Miuccia Prada and Elsa Schiaparelli, live on May 7th live.
Zoe recently linked up with Platinum Guild International to curate a number of jewelry items for every price point, creating a gallery of her selections.
“As a platinum aficionado, overall jewelry connoisseur, and style icon it was a natural fit for us to work with Rachel on this program,” PGI-USA’s president Huw Daniel said in a company press release. “She understands the significance of wearing platinum, and will show brides and grooms that stylish platinum rings are available within their budget.”
To that point, Zoe added, “Finding your dream engagement ring and wedding bands can be a daunting process. I’m thrilled to share some of my favorite platinum rings in a variety of prices, mixed in with a few gorgeous fashion items that reflect my timeless and classic aesthetic. After all, when you make this exciting purchase you want to invest in platinum because it will last a lifetime and beyond.”
