  • Someone other than Paris Hilton is thrilled about her engagement. Her mother, Kathy Hilton. She’s hoping Paris Latsis’ money will help the Hilton’s be apart of the jet set. [Radar]
  • Shirley McClaine is looking for some boytoy sex. She says, “I’d never be involved with or attracted to a man my own age. He wouldn’t be able to keep up with me. “I need a man who is about 15 years younger than me – someone who is flexible and fun and energetic.” You go Shirl. [contactmusic]
  • Aussie Russell Crowe hasn’t learned to shut the fuck up yet. Russell Crowe has slammed his Cinderella Man co-star Craig Bierko for claiming he deliberately blanked him on the Canadian set of the boxing movie. Bierko, who plays German fighter Max Baer in the new film, recently voiced his surprise that he hardly knows Crowe, despite working alongside him for a month. He said, “I don’t know him from Adam. There was literally not a single moment where I felt like we were actually bonding, or having a conversation.” [imdb]
  • Well, well. Natalie Portman has a big fan in Jerry Springer. “‘Natalie Portman is really bright, and if I was allowed to have one crush, it would be her,’ Springer told Lowdown. Let’s all shudder in unison. [The Corsair]
  • Dan’s open letter to the orange hued Donatella Versace. [How was your day, Dan?]
  • It seems that Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston’s home will not go empty for long. Ellen DeGeneres and girlfriend Portia De Rossi have purchased the $20 million mansion. [13Wham]

  1. Cate

Of course Paris wants his money- why else would she be with a guy who dresses like a butt-rocker from the 80′s AND want to immediately have his child. Paris does not strike me as the maternal type.

  2. C.K. Dexter-Haven

Max Baer was an American boxer…he beat Schmelling the German boxer, which made him very popular at home. His treatment in the movie is not quite accurate, but dramatic none-the-less…besides, Ron Howard has never let a little actual historical fact get in the way of a story…

  3. Hi, I love your blog and read it everyday! I wonder if you would consider posting something on your website in support of new Brazilian fashion designers?

    Thank you!

  4. Just stumbled across your blog. Dig.

The Paris loves Paris thing is strictly a PR move. And I’m sticking with that.
