We’ve been waiting on some scoop about the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge‘s honeymoon in the Seychelles. True, St. James’ Palace has asked that the press respect the couple’s privacy and it seems that photographers have refrained from seeking them out (that or they can’t find the newlyweds).
Still, it’s always nice to get a spot of news about the royal couple. According to the Daily Star, a source spotted Wills kite surfing in the waves of the Indian Ocean. The waters there are perfect for this type of surfing, as the waves are high and the winds are strong.
Catherine, while a good sport when it comes to trying adventurous things, opted out of kite surfing with her new hubby. Instead, she chose to soak up the sun and read. Who can blame her? She gave up food in preparation for her April 29th wedding, not to mention the stress of planning said event that was viewed by 2 billion people worldwide. The source told the Star, “Kate was tempted to try it because she’s quite adventurous but she preferred relaxing on a sun-lounger and watching Wills do it. He’s got quite good at it.”
The couple, who rented out 11 villas on the island of DesRoches, reportedly ordered Brussell sprouts, Dom Perignon champagne, Granny Smith apples and Philadelphia cream cheese, according to UK site Female First.
