Pink and husband Carey Hart stopped by a local flower shop in Santa Monica, California yesterday (August 9th). Hart carried their daughter, Willow, who headed to the sandbox with her nanny while the couple shopped.
Pink recently told Australia’s Herald Sun (via MTV News) that Willow lent her musical talents to mom’s forthcoming album, The Truth About Love (out next month).
“She plays bells on ‘How Come You’re Not Here,’ and she plays bass on a song called ‘Timebomb.’ She’s actually quite talented for a 13-month-old!” Pink said. “There was a basket of sh–, and she came over and pulled out the bells and started banging on them, and I was like, ‘Record it!’ And then she went up to the bass guitar on ‘Timebomb’ and started plucking away. She’s actually pretty good! She’s better on bass than I am! She plays piano, she bangs sh–, she’s either going to be violent or a percussionist … or a violent percussionist.”
Pink called on Eminem to duet on “Here Comes The Weekend,” the second time they’ve joined forces.
“He said, ‘Do you want to do a song with me?’ ‘F— yeah!’ I said, ‘Do you want to do a song with me?’ and he said, ‘F— yeah!” Handshake. Nothing signed. Done,” Pink said.
