At Lindsay's next progress report hearing on July 6, 2010, things didn't really get any better. After missing a few alcohol education classes and therapy sessions, the judge determined Lindsay had violated her probation. So he sentenced her to 90 days in jail and ordered her to check into rehab for 90 days following her jail time. On July 20, Lindsay was handcuffed and taken to jail, but she only served 14 days (overcrowding again). So she started her 90-day rehab sentence, but left after 23 days because "the treating doctors at UCLA felt she had done everything required of her there." Of course, she was ordered to attend more alcohol meetings, therapy sessions and was subject to random drug and alcohol tests.
