Nick Nolte’s House Betrayed By Cheap Dot Matrix Printer

October 8th, 2008 // 1 Comment

Airport napper Nick Nolte‘s Malibu home sustained $2 million worth of damage yesterday due to an electrical fire. Nolte reportedly suffered minor injuries trying to put the flames out himself.

The manifesto author-looking actor supposedly told the fire department and neighbors that a faulty printer started the blaze and that he intends to file a lawsuit against the electronics company that manufactures that particular brand.

I can see this Unabomber totally using the cheap one that he picked up down at Building #19. He’s the kind of loony who stuffs all his cash in mattresses and underneath where the dog sleeps. Then again, in this day and age, that’s probably not a bad idea.

Stuffing the money into a matress is a good idea till the house burns down. I reckon bars of gold are the way to go, in this day and age. I wouldn’t be surprised if Nick Nolte fell asleep on the dodgey printer, holding a burning cigar. He seems like that kind of guy.
But I hope he gets compensated and rebuilds his home.
