At Roberto Cavalli’s men’s fashion show on the Ponte Vecchio bridge in Florence Wednesday night, Naomi Campbell misjudged her return from the top of the “runway” and ended up in a crowd of locals watching the show from the sidelines, much to the shock of the show’s front row guests.
Now, here’s the thing. Naomi’s the supermodel here, meaning her life is a runway. If you see a model walking, you get out of the way. It’s just good common sense. It’s like knowing what to do when a bear attacks.
And frankly, if I saw Naomi coming at me, not only would I get out of the way, but I’d make sure to clear the area of all phones, stop, drop and then roll.
