Douglas Booth is not just a pretty face – he can act too! The model has been cast to play in the BBC’s film adaptation of the great novel, Great Expectations. He will be playing the main character Pip, alongside actors Mark Addy, Ray Winstone, and Gillian Anderson.
Booth, who is known as the face of many Burberry campaigns, also starred in the BBC drama Worried About the Boy, was recently casted as Romeo in a new Shakespeare adaptation, and finished filming the romantic comedy LOL opposite Demi Moore and Miley Cyrus.
According to Mr. Porter however, Booth has his faults even though he is incredibly good looking and talented. Check out the list.
1. He is unable to refrain from talking and texting at the same time.
2. He likes to take pictures of himself.
3. He has a mischievous sense of humour.
Well that isn’t so bad. You guys were probably expecting him to have a sixth toe or something! Great Expectations is out on DVD January 7, but make sure to keep your eye out for Mr. Douglas Booth in the future.
