Miranda Kerr Shares Her Secrets To A Healthy ‘Body+Soul’

Supermodel Miranda Kerr put her health and wellness knowledge to good use last Friday, as she spent the day at Australia’s The Sunday Telegraph, taking on the role of guest editor of their lifestyle section, Body+Soul.

As she worked on the September 18 issue, Kerr shared some her secrets to looking and feeling great.

“If you have love, first of all love and appreciation for yourself, then you are going to eat healthily and you are going to take care of yourself and exercise,” she told The Sunday Telegraph. “When you do that, you can give so much love to other people because you have the energy to give… that’s what gives me a healthy body and a healthy soul.”

Kerr, who is sharing her love with husband Orlando Bloom and new son Flynn, knows how important it is to stay healthy. According to the newspaper, she’s written a book about self-improvement, has her own organic skincare line KORA Organics and has been studying nutrition.

“It’s my passion,” Kerr said. “I am just really into health and wellness.”
