WATCH: Matt Bomer in ‘The Last Tycoon’
Amazon’s nine-episode adaptation of F. Scott Fitzgerald’s The Last Tycoon will debut July 28 exclusively on Prime Video, Amazon said today.
We are definitely enjoying this view! Actor Matt Bomer covers the latest issue of Out magazine and is interviewed by fellow actor Andrew Rannells.
The Last Tycoon follows Hollywood’s Golden Boy Monroe Stahr (Bomer) as he battles father figure and boss Pat Brady (Grammer) for the soul of their studio. Says Amazon: “In a world darkened by the Great Depression and the growing international influence of Hitler’s Germany, The Last Tycoon illuminates the passions, violence, and towering ambition of 1930’s Hollywood.”
Amazon Prime members will be able to stream The Last Tycoon exclusively via the Amazon Prime Video app for TVs, connected devices including Fire TV, mobile devices and online. Members can also download the series to mobile devices for offline viewing at no additional cost to their membership.
