According to TMZ, Mariah Yeater “quietly” dismissed the case last week. Her lawyers – Lance Rogers and Matt Pare – are also said to have left Mariah.

Earlier this month, Mariah, 20, claimed that Justin is the father of her four month old son. She said that Justin, 17, plucked her from the crowd at his concert in LA back in October 2010 and slept with her backstage. Mariah even said in an interview last week that she has some secret evidence to prove that Justin is the father. She told TV Insider: “It’ll show in court to prove that my allegations are true.”
