Live The Socialite Life: Free Movie Screening!

Part of a busy socialite’s life is not only wearing the right things but attending the right events. Socialite Life is bringing it’s readers an opportunity to inform their coworkers that did something artsy last night AND get the scoop on what seems to be the latest Hollywood trend.

Kate Moss has taken up the activity, even getting her hotel to pipe in underwater music during a trip to Thailand. Molly Sims and her friend did it during a trip to Cabo San Lucas in January. Who knew syncro was the new pilates?

Documentary filmmaker Cheryl Furjanic is bringing her award-winning film Sync or Swim to New York City for one night only and she’s set aside a pair of tickets for a Socialite Life reader and one of their favorite friends. We were lucky to catch an earlier screening of the film, which followed the USA Olympic-medal-winning synchronized swimming team, and were blown away by the entertaining story and heart of the film. You’ll have a whole different view of the sport (and yes we mean sport) after catching this flick.

Check out a clip about film and the teams’ appearance on Late Night with David Letterman after the jump, then send an email with your name to with SCREENING in the subject line by noon PT, March 31, 2010. The winner must be able to pick up the tickets at will call at the Anthology Film Archives 32 Second Avenue in New York City before the screening at 6pm tomorrow. The box office will open 30 minutes prior to the screening.
