Lindsay Lohan Out Of Rehab Early?

August 13th, 2010 // Leave a Comment

Our favorite party girl Lindsay Lohan is managing to defy logic once again. Last week it was her ability to be at a photo shoot while in jail, although to be fair it was only her face and head that did the work.  And also the Maxim photo shoot she did before entering prison, seen here. But now RadarOnline.com is reporting that Lindsay will mostly likely not finish her 90 day sentence as planned. Shocker.

Dannette Meyers, the prosecutor for the case is saying that Lindsay will be free of UCLA medical center sooner than later.

“My understanding from conversations with Shawn Chapman Holley is
that Miss Lohan could be released early from the treatment facility. It is looking as if that is
what the health care professionals

are going to recommend,” Meyers said.

Apparently people have been preeeeetty cheesed off that Lindsay isn’t paying her dues like a regular drunken drugged out buffoon, but what can you expect from good ol’ Lindsay? The whole thing has been pretty shady from day one. The judge that sentenced Lindsay has actually left the case altogether.

“How much earlier she could be released I’m unsure of at this point. I will follow what the health care professional advise. That could
involve follow up treatment for Miss Lohan, however, it is my
understanding that it is looking like the health care professionals will
be recommending that she be released earlier than the 90 days Judge
Revel previously ordered,” Meyers continued.

Lindsay’s attorney Shawn Chapman Holley has been saying that Lindsay looks healthier than ever and is ready to go back to work. Right. I can’t wait to see what amazing post jail film debut she’ll produce after this ordeal. Her mother, Dina Lohan was on the Today Show this week defending Lindsay’s recent court troubles. And of course everything was a giant cluster cuss as usual.
