Lindsay Lohan is a Lawsuit Magnet

August 15th, 2007 // 4 Comments

Lindsay Lohan is being named in yet another suit related to her crazy night that resulted in her second DUI. A woman who was in the car that Lindsay was pursuing claims that the experience of being chased by Lindsay in an SUV resulted in medical bills and other expenses that were a direct result of the emotional distress caused by the incident. And she believes the starlet should cough up some dough for it. Tracie Rice, the woman in question, expressed the following in a statement:

“What Miss Lohan did that night was extremely dangerous and reprehensible. Someone could easily have been killed or seriously hurt because of her irresponsible decisions that evening.”

Additionally, I have decided to sue Lindsay as well for the carpal tunnel syndrome and emotional distress that I’ve experienced from having to blog about her various lawsuits. And I expect to be sued by you readers, who have been forced to read about these legal exploits.

Where the hell are all the lawsuits of people who were driving the CORRECT way down the 405 the night Nicole Ritchie had period cramps, hit the spliff and the vicodin, and got behind the wheel of her SUV?

Let’s just class action the hooker and be done with it.

(To GirlyGirl- I think the Richie isn’t as maligned because she wasn’t actively terrorizing a motorist…and that sort of thing happens once or twice a day in LA.)

i’m no lohan fan. i’m even all for her spending some quality time in the clink. but this is simply frivolous. is this lady having post-traumatic stress-related dreams about being chased by lohan in an SUV as if she’s some war veteran?

at this rate, we won’t be able to look at someone with a frown on our faces without being sued b/c someone who happened to see that frown was caused emotional distress by the implications associated by said frown.

AMEN JEN!!! If that was the case I’d be getting sued everyday for terrorizing people on the subway… not that I’m you know… mean LOL! But if you’re in my personal space you’re getting at least an evil eye.
