Lindsay Lohan has been ordered to appear before a Los Angeles court judge on Thursday after testing positive for alcohol while under house arrest. The 24-year-old troubled actress has tested positive for alcohol twice last week, which may be termed as a direct violation of the terms of her probation.
Lindsay, who is already under 35 days house arrest for a previous probation violation, has been summoned to appear in front of Judge Stephanie Sautner at the LAX Courthouse for a probation hearing.
According to TMZ.com, the Los Angeles County Probation Office may ask the Judge to cancel Lohan’s house arrest and put her straight back in jail.
Lindsay had been seen having a party on the roof of her Venice beach house on June 13, one of the days she reportedly tested positive for alcohol. However she denied taking any alcohol that day.

“I had these great people come over who I hadn’t seen in a while. It was a nice day to go outside. I should be able to utilize the space I’m limited to,” she told Life And Style Magazine. “When my friends come over, they’re not drinking. Alcohol is not in my house, so it’s just not part of my life,” she added.
