UPDATE: Lohan will spend 90 days in lockdown rehab. Lindsay pled no contest to the crimes of reckless driving and lying to cops. In addition to rehab, Lindsay will perform 30 days of community labor and undergo psychotherapy for 18 months — she’ll get credit for shrink time already completed.
Mmm. Sheer Phillip Lim. That’s not something that I would have worn to my court appearance, but then again, I’m not Lindsay Lohan.
Lohan is seen here arriving 48 minutes late (she is Lindsay Lohan after all) to her trial for allegedly lying to police after a car crash, reckless driving and violating her probation for a 2011 jewelry theft conviction at Airport Branch Courthouse of Los Angeles Superior Court March 18, 2013 in Los Angeles, California.
An unidentified person threw gold glitter at Lohan as she entered the courtroom in a sheer, pale pink and white outfit and sunglasses.
Inside the court, she appeared tired, with bloodshot eyes and barely any makeup. At least she made an sparking entrance.
Lohan’s estranged father, Michael Lohan, had arrived at the courthouse with several lawyers at the scheduled time and sat in the front row.
If convicted Lohan could serve the remainder of her 245 day suspended sentence for her jewelry theft conviction. However, it looks like Lohan may have struck a plea deal after all. We’ll update this post as more info rolls in.
