Lindsay Lohan was spotted on the set of Glee yesterday puffing on a ciggy, awaiting her scenes for an upcoming guest spot on the Fox series.
What was going on behind those cat eye sunglasses, we’ll never know but we assume she’s psyched to be working again. Cast member Dot Marie Jones was none too pleased that Lohan showed up late to film.
“Gonna be a long day!! Some ppl show up late and just throw a wrench in things,” Jones tweeted, according to the Daily Mail. Not cool! I’d rather be an hour early (I was) than 5 minutes late!” Jones has since deleted the tweet. Lohan attended a Star Magazine party the night before at AV club in Hollywood, and sources say she looked a little worse for wear.
Lohan will play a judge at the Nationals choir competition, which Chris Colfer anticipated would be “really funny.” This is one of a few projects the star has in the works, including an Elizabeth Taylor biopic set to air on Lifetime. One person in particular does not think Lohan is ready to get back to the set.
“I feel very sorry for her. I think she needs a lot of help. She needs time away,” Rosie O’Donnell said about Lohan when she heard the casting news. ”She’s had a lot of trouble doing every single movie, including Saturday Night Live. She was out and not at rehearsal. I think she’s not in a place to work. The last thing she did good she was 16. I don’t think she’s right for the role and I don’t think she’s capable at this point of doing what’s needed.”
Well, there’s no rest for Lohan for some time to come. The Washington Post announced that Lohan will be Greta Van Susteran‘s guest at the upcoming White House Correspondents’ Dinner, along with her lawyer, Shawn Holley. AWESOME.
