Lea Michele continues to remember her late boyfriend, Cory Monteith, and she has revealed that she recorded a song dedicated to him for her debut album. Lea told Elle magazine, “The album was done, and the label said, ‘Do you want to add anything?’ I was like, ‘I might regret it if I don’t.’”
The song, “You’re Mine,” was very special to the couple. “It makes me so happy, this song,” she says. “It makes me think so much of Cory. It was ours. When I think if him, I play this.” I cannot wait to hear the song.
In other Lea Michele news, RadarOnline had reported that Ryan Murphy was developing a Gleespinoff for Lea Michele. A so-called “insider” for the webloid claims, “They’re making the deals now and it also presents a viable exit plan for the main ‘Glee’ series itself — in that some of its core cast would also migrate to the Lea Michele project as ‘Glee’ is showing signs of aging.”
Once again, Gossip Cop smashes that rumor to bits. A close Murphy insider tells Gossip Cop there’s “no spinoff” in the works.
After Glee, I’m sure Lea will want to pursue movies and work on her music career as opposed to her tackling another TV show.
